Book Club
The Book Club is a popular interest group that meets the fourth Wednesday of the month. There are two meetings most of the months from August through May. This is to accommodate the large number of women in our group who love to read. Members may choose to attend the morning discussion at 10:30 am at the JGCC Clubhouse or the evening session at a member's home.
We do not meet in November, but we do hold an early December meeting that is a multi-book discussion and holiday event all rolled into one. In December, we only have an evening meeting and enjoy appetizers, wine and dessert potluck as well as a “Literary Potluck", where members share a favorite book with the rest of the group. These book recommendations are later compiled into a list that is sent to all members. That evening we also collect new books as part of the Women’s Network Toy & Book Drive for Wolfson's Children Hospital.
The May meeting is also an evening only event and no book is discussed. It serves as a wrap up for our year and gives our members another opportunity to socialize with each other. Prior to that meeting, we take nominations for the next season’s books to be read and vote online to determine the next year’s reading list. The results of the vote are announced at that meeting and posted in the Women's Network newsletter.

Culinary Pleasures Club
The Culinary Pleasures Club is a great way to meet neighbors and friends, new and familiar, while enjoying interesting foods and beverages. You don’t have to be a chef to participate either!
Each month members are assigned to one of several hosts who select the menu and distribute the recipes for the evening. Each guest will prepare one of the items from the menu and bring the beverage of their choice.
Additionally, three to four times a year, we have larger group parties for which each person or couple attending just brings an appetizer or a dessert along with their favorite beverage.
We meet on the 3rd Saturday of every month from September through May.

Just For Fun Club
The Just for Fun Club plans monthly activities for its members. The activities and days of the week for get-togethers vary monthly. For example, the club sometimes takes trips to museums, plays, and historical sites. Or we might stay close to home and enjoy a happy hour or rent bounce houses for the kids at one of our neighborhood events. Our goal is to accommodate the busy schedules of our members whether they are retired, work full time at the office, or full time at home with the kids.

Let's Do Lunch Club
Our group is for those who want to sample the cuisine of established and new restaurants in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra area, while socializing with women from the community.
We email an Evite to all luncheon club members. There are typically 10 to 20 attendees each month. We order off the regular menu and receive individual checks, which greatly simplifies the whole process.
It’s a wonderful way to explore the local dining scene while sharing lunch with friends, old and new. Hope you can join us.

The Reel Club
Enjoy a monthly movie with this group of Network members - from romance to comedy and drama. We vary the days of the week and times so whether you drive carpool, play tennis, or attend a regular exercise class, there will be Reel Club movie that works for you.
There's a casual lunch before or after the movie, too, for catching up with friends and making new ones. Last minute changes in your schedule? No worries. This is the easiest, most flexible club - no hosting, no reservations. Just big screen fun with friends.

The TGIF Club
The TGIF Club gathers once a month at a member's home to socialize and reconnect. This is a great way to visit and mingle with spouses, longtime friends, and neighbors. It is also fun to meet new members and introduce them to one another.
Guests are asked to bring an appetizer, dessert, or salad to share as well as your own glass and a favorite beverage.

The Caring Committee
As a member of the Women's Network, you are essentially a member of the Caring Committee. We need our members to be the eyes and ears of this committee. If you know of a WN member going through a difficult time, please reach out to Diana.
Maybe it's the birth of a child, surgery, the loss of a family member, or some other struggle. Whether it's a card, flowers, or meal preparation, we are here to support our neighbors.
